The day before the wedding was a hectic one. We were all running around like headless chickens trying to get everything in order and last minute preparations done.

Shy: I know what I wanted to ask you, girl. Have you picked out a name for the baby yet?

Lea: You know what? That is the one thing we have not agreed on yet!

Shy: What on earth are ya'll waiting for? The baby will be here before you know it!

Learubbing my stomach) Don't you think I know that?

We laughed as we walked out into the backyard where the wedding was to take place. C.J.'s back yard was huge and beautiful. Shy and I walked over to the spot where C.J. and I would be standing.

Lea: Yep, right here. He will be standing here and my father will escort me to this spot. You will be standing to my left and I will hand you my bouquet.

Shy: Do you think we should have a practice or something?

Lea: No.... we talked about it and we decided not to. It's not difficult. We don't want the ceremony to be too rehearsed. He said just to go over what every would need to know, like the best men, bridesmaids, etc. Y'all just need to know where to be standing.

Shy: Okay.... got cha.

I heard C.J. hollering in the distance.

C.J. (smiling) Have ya'll went over what the girls need to be doing and all that for tomorrow?

Lea: Yes, honey, that was what we were just discussing.

C.J.: What about the others?

Lea: They will be over later and I will go over with them what their positions are. Not to worry.

C.J.: I'm not worried, just making sure people know there spots. We good.

Lea: What about you and the boys?

C.J.: I took care of that last night.

Lea: Really?

C.J. : Yessir. We ready.

Lea: Better be!

C.J.: (looking at his watch) Well.... there's still plenty of time to back out. (chuckle)
