I can't seem to find the first mention of it, though, because I know we were expecting the ad before that thread was originally created. Oh well.

Crayola ran that spot in light rotation for a couple months in Spring '08 during daytime hours mainly. Now, they're running it again heavily (as of this week) and doing so during hours that people are finally beginning to notice.

I'd seen it before but I finally saw it on TV last night- during Ace of Cakes (my favorite show!)

I am curious what networks/shows are being watched when the ad runs, because I watch Fox every night from like 6 to 10 and never saw it.

I've had the TV Guide Network on for a few hours, and I've seen the commercial like four times today.

It's a shame I don't watch actual TV anymore. Atleast YouTube will always be there for me.

i was very very close to buying some last summer. maybe i'll ask my summer camp to buy some "for the kids"

I bought the chalk last summer... it's so bizarre, but it ACTUALLY IS 3D. Not as exaggerated as in the commercials, but it definitely does some freaky stuff. Pretty awesome.
