Since I can't reply on the fanclub section and your email is down I have to post here. In the club section I can't get the video Every Rose has it's Thorn. It plays the Every Morning video. Can you fix that?

At least you can play them. I can't. Every since I DL the newest version of the player I can't play online videos or music and I'm not sure why. What's the purpose of having it if it doesn't work? I tried going back to the older version but that just made my computer go crazy so I had to uninstall it. I won't have my new computer until next month so I guess I'll just have to wait to see the new stuff.

Since I made the latest updates on my PC for windows, all is crazy and worse than before....
I could cry....
