Do a lot of running and sit ups, that shit will work. Hop on a bike at the gym and run a few miles, also jog a lot, and do sit ups once you're in shape enough for it. Good luck!

get on the treadmill and walk as fast as you can without running. bump up the incline as you go and then work your way back down. do that for about 45 minutes or more and you'll burn just as many calories as you would jogging on flat ground. hit the weight machines too and do low weights with lots of reps. do 2-3 sets if you have the time. you'll see results in just a few weeks.
