UPDATE- Welllll...i've tried a few experiments. Here they are-
1. Put crucifix on top of Stitch for about 2 days.
Result- Nothing
2. Put him in the Microwave.
Result- He got warm. What a shocker!!!
3. I lit matches, and burned a hole in his finger, and made a black spot on his bottom.
Result- Yet to see. Maybe he'll heal himself????
4. I finally brought him in the house, and stuffed him in a drawer downstairs.
Result- We'll see soon!

By burning him today, I have proven the theory that he cannot be burned false.
I'll post pictures of all of the dolls later this week.

the first owner said that the doll could not be burned, or set on fire. He said that he put lighter fluid on the doll, but he would still not light.
I'm still not comfortable enough yet to sleep with him...i don't want cancer. Supposedly he gave the 2nd owner's dog cancer of the mouth when he bit the doll.

it's an awkwardly written sentence.. punctuation and word order matter.

I emailed the previous owner about the other dolls he sent me, and this is what he wrote back-

The turtle supposedly moved at night. It never did for me. The box of
dolls
comes from a 90 year old estate, supposedly the dolls move, but nothing
happened with me. I speculated that the little girl's voice came from
the
haunted box of dolls, though. It's been all quiet here since they left.

Last thing that happened was the sound of a box sliding across the
floor in
the garage about 3 a.m. on night. You have to listen at night, in the
middle
of the night is when the stuff usually happens. Have fun!

All of the previous owners were probably pissed that nothing happened so they claimed it did something so that they could sell it to get their money back.

I was kind of hoping something would happen too.

Not that I wish you or any pets you may have harm, mind you. It just would have been cool if the doll really were possessed.

I agree STPBaby. I thought that right off the bat, the second guy realized he'd been had and acted like it was doing stuff so he could get his money back. But then again, he gave it to luke for free. . .

you broke the chain. the only way the curse was going to continue is if you PAID for it. Since the doll(s) were made with blood money, the dead souls are still haunting the previous owner because you didn't pay for them
