Most bands won't release new music on the last Tuesday of the year. They opt to wait for the new year.

Then January 5th, 12th, or the 19th should be the release date I'm guessing.

There will be a new website. Theres a newer message board now that they created for us to use, but as we know, it sucks. I love this board and have petitioned to link this board instead of the other, but we see how far that got...that said, I will have to see about a new board that actually works and lets us do stuff

Thanks for the info! I'm glad there will be a new site, I don't like the current one, I actually much preferred the SLDD/break up era site. Hopefully management let you link to this board or make a new one because the one on the official site is the worst message board I have ever seen on an official band website. It also makes STP look unpopular to the casual fan going on the site and seeing an inactive board.

It's inactive because you have to pay to use it! I have no interest in getting a "discount" on a t-shirt I already own when there are almost always pit tickets available. Give me a break. Sorry for bitching but I agree. I much prefer this board. It's simple and effective.
