These 3 dates have been confirmed in the last few days for STP's Fall 2009 Tour.
October 2, 2009- Mobile, AL- Bayfest October 15, 2009- Fresno, CA- Fresno Fair October 17, 2009- Phoenix, AZ- Arizona State Expo & Fair So Matt will this be the pre album tour, or is it another cash grab tour? haha. ---------------------------------- STP SHOWS: 5/1/08 6/24/08 12/31/08 7/1/09 STP RELATED SHOWS Velvet Revolver- 7/22/06 Velvet Revolver- 9/15/07 Scott Weiland- 12/14/08 |

Doesn't need to be any point for a tour, as far as I'm concerned.
If they change up any songs off Tiny Music, No4, or SLDD- like "Seven Caged Tigers" in July- that's more than enough reason to go to a show- it's not like they play a ton of songs off of any of them. Something other than Down or Sour Girl off No4, ANYTHING, please!! (...And So I Know or Ride the Cliche are perfectly acceptable alternatives)... hopefully, we get some more shows added... In my book, 2009 has been unexpectedly wonderful concerning STP... |

I'd continue buying tickets if the set list was significantly changed. I've seen them 3 times in a year and I think 15 of the songs have been the same every time. 7Ctigers and Army Ants were f'ing awesome in AC! I would love to hear something like Meatplow, Pop's Love Suicide, Heaven and Hot Rods.......I could go on. What I really really hate is that I missed the Purple tour. I doubt I'll ever get to hear my all time STP song live |
