I think tormented is awesome, but that style is harder to sing along with, which is what I like. Dysfunction is really good too.

Can we all Just quit with the Whole which Album is better Crap?? I mean all of the Staind Albums Kicks Ass the Reason why some of these Fans are doign Polls cuz They Miss the Old Dysfunction Record I dont know If any of the True Fans Agree with me , but I dont think some people accept to change very well I obviously like the direction that they're heading I know its hard to Grasps it if you want some Dyfunction just put on the CD. I think Staind has grown and Matured as a Band and the Music they make is Unbelievable!!! so stop complaining and argue about it I am sorry that some of you Guys are having a Hard time with this. This is Just my 2 Cents Like it or You dont I dont Care.

dysfunction was the best. i think we need to get back to that need to kill something attitude. but dont deny songs like eppiphany, right here, and blow away. songs with meaning, and intantly likeable.

Staind has ever made so great record than "Break The Cycle". Chapter V was very good try, but it doesn't reach the level of BTC. I wonder will Staind ever gonna reach that level again?

Break the Cycle is my favorite by far. Don't get me wrong, their other cd's are awesome; but this one just has songs that i could relate to and all that good s**t. I have all their cds except 14 Shades of Grey & Tormented.. unfortunately.

are you afraid, afraid of the truth? in the mirror staring back at you. the image is cracked but so is the view. the strength of a tree begins in the roots. which i tend to bury into you. atleast now the storm won't blow me away.. - Schizophrenic Conversations

I think Brake The Cycle is much exciting album... That songs and guitar riffs are unique masterpieces in the world's history of modern music.

Disfunction is very good too.

Some songs from Tormented are very hard to listen long time because they are too depressive and too havy, but as a whole I really love that album.

14 Shades Of Gray... A half of songs from that album are very pretty and good, but another half of them are similar to each other... This is bad.

Chapter V. As a whole I like this album more than 14 Shades Of Gray, but I don't feel Staind's unique style in a lot of songs from the Chapter V. Almost all of them are like trivial hard-rock music played by a lot of another bands. I really don't like this tendency.

PS. Sorry if I made language mistakes, it's very difficult to put my thoughts into words in English.

14 Shades of grey is my favorite album, but they are all great too...

I think that the band should keep doing what they are doing, because that is what I think makes Staind great.... They don't play what people want to hear, they play what is really going on with their life, so how you all want more heavy heavy stuff like tormented and dysfunction, they will only play how they feel, and since their lives has changed so much, I doubt they will ever feel so much pain again... Anyways, I would like a chapter VI soon if possible, but I can wait if it is worth it... All of their albums are a story of his life put together, and that is what I love about staind

With your 66 posts your opinion doesn't count...Tormented is the best, and the more staind's career progresses, the worse they get, and I blame fred durst...probably....money and radio....

Many times I've gazed along the open road.

Many times I've lied - Many times I've listened
Many times I've wondered how much there is to know.

“Dead as dead can be,” my doctor tells me
But I just can’t believe him, ever the optimistic one
I’m sure of your ability to become my perfect enemy
Wake up and face me, don’t play dead cause maybe
Someday I will walk away and say, “You disappoint me,”
Maybe you’re better off this way

Leaning over you here, cold and catatonic
I catch a brief reflection of what you could and might have been
It's your right and your ability
To become…my perfect enemy…
