I was just listening to the tormented cd the other day when I was camping with friends. I decided to flip through the insert with the lyrics.To be honest, I know all the lyrics for every cd they have except Tormented and I was trying to learn them.
As I was flipping through I noticed that Mike Mushok wrote the lyrics for the song "Four Walls". I thought that was pretty cool, especially because a lot of people say that 4walls is one of the few that they do like on that cd.

I think the band should share writing the lyrics more often. Maybe it will give Staind a fresh sound for their next cd. Don't get me wrong, Aaron writes superb lyrics, probably why were love them so much.

Four walls is the only song I like on tormented and the reason why I bought the cd lol

Hmmm I didnt even know Mike wrote one song! Pretty intresting I still havent got Tormented yet!! This is Crazy!.

Hmm... I've heard the recent albums were co-written by Mike and Aaron. But I always had the impression that Aaron wrote most if not all the depressed, sad songs... I guess I'm wrong with four walls.

WOW! I had no idea he wrote that. That is a really good song. It's a very dark song, but very good in the same respect.

If you look in the booklets for Dysfunction, Break The Cycle, 14Sog and Chapter V it says all lyrics written by Aaron Lewis.

My Chapter V booklet says all songs are written and performed by Staind except Everything Changes and Reply written by Aaron Lewis. I'm not to sure about it though as I couldn't seem to understand the sentence format they used.

Yeh when it says all songs written by... tht means the music.

If you look under that it then says all lyrics written by Aaron Lewis.

4walls is my fav song (with see thru)... Mike is a genious!!! He should write something again... I wanted to tell him to the m&g I won but I just did not have the chance... But I love Aarons's song as well!
