I personally don't like the way Falling sounds. I mean it's a good song and all, but I didn't think it was single worthy. The lyrics and chorus written out on paper are great, but I just don't really like the sound/music that accompanies the words. Sounds rather boring to me.

On the other hand, the song I friggin love is Please. I don't understand why this one wasn't chosen as the next single. Every time I hear this song (especially the chorus) it sends me shockwaves. I feel things on my spine...my face...all over the place, with this song. I can relate to it on so many levels.

I can't say the same about Falling. It just doesn't contain the power/energy that I get from Please.

I agree with you. 'Please' is a very powerful song. 'Falling' is good too, but 'Please' is just so much more better written and emotional.

lol i think falling is one of the worst songs,
but like that one doode said the band gets to choose teh singles, and to be honest no matter what song they picked, i think its single worthy.

right here was the tipacal first single,soft. the second single needs to be a little harder then the first one. "Please" is great i love the song, falling, falling is not my favorite. i like schizophrenic conversations, "please" could be a great 3rd single, if it gets that much. but i really think "everything changes" also needs to be a single somewhere in there.

eh fallings a great song, itd be a fine single, but i think please would kick some ass also. i wish king of all excuses would make it, id love to see a vid for it. i see everything changes gettin to be a single soon.

Right Here was the slow first single, obviously they'll put Falling out to put a heavier song out there..And if there's not a single after that I gaurantee it'll be ''everything changes'' and that'll blow up and get over played like a new outside..good thing i never listen to the radio because i love that song.

I'd like them to surprise me and put something like 'Devil' out as a single though. I think of crosby stills, the allman brothers and other great songwriting bands when i listen to that song. I'm not comparing staind to the allman brothers by any means, just saying Devil is a songwriters song, they would definetley gain some new older fans of straight up rock n roll if that was released as a single correctly. Wait a second, does anyone here even know who the allman bothers and crosby stills are?

i think king of all excuses would be a GREAT single, i think it would appeal more to the older fans....i know a handful of people that were highly disapointed with 14 SOG, and the "dysfunctional" type song would bring them back...
