Just recieved this hope it helps.

Hi,

Thank you so much for forwarding these emails.

We are reaching out to "NAMELESS" to try and figure out a solution for the Best Buy customers and members that should have gotten their package already.

With regards to the other problems (old fans trying to get in and new ones trying to login), please tell the fans to have the members send an email to support@dysfunctionalstaind.com with their specific problem and I will get to the bottom of it. There should not be any issues, so I will have to go into each person's account and see where their problems may be.

this message was posted in 05' it is now 07' and there are still problems I just bought a package at Best Buy with a one year membership to the fan club and there is no where to redeem it. The support people will not respond to my questions if you know anything please send me an answer @ bittysis18@hotmail.com

This message was posted in 07 and the best buy fan packs are from 05. What email address are you sending it to? The fan club changed new people since 05.

SEVERAL people that I know (in real life and on the boards) and VERY un-happy. For months (i guess when the management was taken over by someone else) we couldnt get onto the site that we paid access for, not only that the former group that ran it totally ripped me off, i was supposed to get a membership kit and NEVER received it. I signed up in febuary, and in june I still didnt have it and they said they were gonna send it, then in sept they said (again) that it was back ordered and they would send it asap, i waited another month and STILL didnt get it. It has been over a year and I feel they stole from me. The only reason why I even re-newed my membership is because I wanted access to pre-sale tickets


It's not easy to hide
