I got my package today and I was extremely disappointed. I was led to believe it would all come in that cool black box and it didn't, the guitar pick was all scratched up, the letter from the band was bent (and is just a little piece of paper, not even a full page), the shirt is ugly and not what I thought it was going to be (I hate white shirts, and I don't like those baseball type shirts, which it is), and the membership card is a flimsy rectangular piece of paper. They couldn't even shell out for official plastic ones? I paid $35.00 for a bunch of crap, and I am not happy. Does anyone know who I can contact to complain? I doubt I will be reembersed for anything, but I am very mad.

no problem and you can use that for anything at all, like i asked about tour dates-if any were gonna be added, asked them to pass the word that the road journal needed to be updated and stuff like that.

I'm sure you'll get it any day now....it said 6 to 8 weeks, and I ordered mine like the first day.

i don't know if i'm the only one but I go one at Best Buy and then received my internet purchased packet in the mail on sunday... my member card didn't have an access code on the back of it. do they do that on purpose since i bought 2 of them?

that's so wrong... what if i wanted to give that to someone else???

the letter is behind a framed autographed photo from the guys, that was given to me when my fucking nightmare came true and i never met them in boston.
i got like a tatoo or decal i cant remember but that was lame because its small. i never used it.
