Is anyone having this problem? I've been a member since Nov 2006 (still no welcome package), but I can't even log on. Also the support link doesn't work. Can anyone help? Lisa, has others had this problem and do you know how I can fix it?? Thanks!

As far as I know the log is was working today. Maybe they are updating the site with the pre sale information. That could be why you can't sign in. I don't have a memebership *shame* haha but I will have someone who does try signing in.

It works fine for me. But they didn't update with the presale stuff yet.
