Here is the shirt I got... doesn't seem like the one that was described here earlier... Is this the same one other year 2 members got?





Also, I got the wrong size. I guess I should just email them and see if I can send this back and get an XL?

How long did it take you to get a hold of them? Artist Arena isn't returning any of my e-mails. I signed up in November!!!

They haven't done a good job at answering me, either. I sent them one about a month ago, didn't hear anything. I sent another a few weeks later, but just got an email back saying I needed to give them all my info (name, address, etc)

I think my year 2 officially started in January (i cant remember because of all the time the fan club was down.

I emailed them today telling them I got the wrong size, haven't heard back yet...

They are trying their best give me all your info I will send it to the person in change.

Thanks Lisa. I do understand that Artist Arena is doing their best. I've been nice in my e-mails to them because I'm just glad someone finally picked up where Sparkat left off.

That shirt is amazing. I wouldn't expect a cool shirt like that from staind.

When did you order it? if it was awhile ago email them with all you info shirt size and address.

Well I talked with them about a month ago or so and they said they were working on it. If nothing shows up within a few more weeks I'll contact them again. I just hope they get the size right...

I got an email back, they said just to send the shirt back with a copy of the email they sent me, and they will send me the right size. Hopefully it won't take 7 more months

Maybe I should do the same thing....just to make sure.

Same for me - sent them an e-mail with right size and still got the wrong size. They said to return a copy of the e-mail they sent me, along with the wrong size shirt, and they will send the right size. I'm with you, hope it doesn't take months to get the right one. It's such an awesome shirt, I hate to send it back if I don't get another one. I like the gray! We shall see.... If you get the right one, please post a note here....LOL! STAIND FAN FOR LIFE!

I am waiting for mine too. hope it comes soon, or at all. I joined the site back in Febuary of 06 and NEVER got the so called "club-kit" from the other group running the site. That combined with the fact that we couldnt log on for months totally makes me feel ripped off. Paid all that money to get a kit I never got. Artist Arena did extend my membership for like 2 or 3 months but that doesnt really make up for the lost of money or the hassles I had to go through with the other group of people. Wish I could find them in a dark alley somewhere......

I completely agree with you. They better extend my membership too, especially since I also have never gotten anything and we couldn't access the site forever. And it seems like the more emails you send, the less they contact you back. Like I keep saying, its a piss poor way to run a business.

This is just a cylce. Someone bitches about the fan club, and then other people jump on the bandwagon. Then Lisa comes and makes everything ok, and everyone is like "Ok, thank you so much Lisa". Then a while later, someone else bitches, and it all starts again.

I'm definitely not making fun of anyone who is bitching, because I have done it many times. I just thought the overall sitaution is kind of funny
