I am getting very annoyed with the Dysfuctional Fanclub because I paid for my membership on September 26 and I still have not got anything yet. It has been about 10 weeks and I would like to have my stuff that I paid for. Also, when are we going to have access to the fanclub area? Is anyone else having the same issues with the welcome package delay?

A lot of people that ordered the fan pack online recieved it in about 12 weeks. The fan club board is being worked on at this time. No one can sign in until it's fixed. By the time you get the fan pack the board will be up and running.

I totally agree with you there...If they can't service it...They shouldn't offer it...I've never seen a pay website taken down for so long with so little regard for those of us who use it...All that ever happens is an avalanche of excuses...No dates, no estimated date...Just "wait and see"...Not much of a way to run a business...Anyone who asks me (which they do sometimes), I tell them to buy your fanclub package at BestBuy, not online...because it takes forever to receive your stuff that way...I made the same mistake myself...

I'm in the same boat....I ordered mine in early Sept. and have not received anything yet...maybe it will be here by Christmas! Good news is it looks like the fan club board is back

scratch the good news....It looked like it was back, but I just tried it and its still not up. But I like it here just as well.

So let me make sure I understand what's going on here, we go to staind.com and click on the "Dysfunctional Fanclub" link to access the fanclub, correct? Because that's what I'm doing and it says "Fan Club Information Coming Soon." Is that what all of you are getting?

Yes the fan board is being worked on now. Until it's ready no one can sign into it.

So are we going to get an extension on our membership since we are currently unable to use it?

Yes everyone will get an extension.

It took me about 5-6 months to get my package. I also was getting pissed off, now I'm just getting pissed off because we can't be in the fan site portion of the website. It's been down for long enough already. If they are not going to have one, then they need to let us know. We all can't be patient for much longer.

I completely agree with you! I think its shitty that I still haven't got my stuff from the fan club and its really aggravating that we still cannot get into the fan club area. Maybe after the first of the year they'll have it up and running but in the mean time, our subscription is running and I only have a year subscription.

Everyone will be reimbursed for the down time don't worry about that. After the new year a lot of stuff will be in order and working as for the fan club, street team and this crusty board.

i have been on the fan club since febuary last year so thats about 1o months now and since november r so i couldnt access the fan club so i better get reinbursed for three months now, also i was reading your guys blogs about the package being late, Well as 4 me it took untill june for me to recive mine, not so good eh?
