when i'm gonna buy vip tickets with the meet
and greet....i understand everything but i wanted to know if i can get GA tickets because it says seat location will be given at time of purchase..what does that mean...because i don't want to sit i want GA. i know someday you'll have a beautiful life, i know you'll be a star in somebody else's sky, but why why, why can't it be, why can't it be mine? |

Ok I got this one! Here you go bro, as far as the ticket or tickets go, you will get the best availible. I've done this numerous times and I got tickets in pretty decent sections, ranging from row 2 to row 4. I did get screwed 1 time with row 15 it just matters when you buy your ticket and what's availible at that time.

While that is usually the case, some strange (re: stupid @$$) venues have balconies or other sections they consider VIP sections, thus the VIP's that spent more $$, whom should have gotten the best seats have gotten and will continue to get screwed (@ such venues). I believe that is why none of us answered him, since we truly don't know...it's all too often a venue thing. I know that's at least why I didn't even try to answer him. However, I guess my explaining that and telling him to call the venue to make sure would have been better lol. I had to and did that a few months back for the last show of the Seether, Breaking Benjamin, 3DG tour, since they were going to play a venue here that I not only have never seen them make/allow any type of pit, etc (never even allowing those kind of bands in that venue until this year), and that there is a VERY small space between the front row and stage to possibly have a pit, yet there is quite a bit of standing room behind the seating area. So, when it gave a choice of GA/PIT or seats the day of the pre-sale, you bet your arse I called the venue to make sure that the 'GA/PIT' was in FRONT of the seats and not behind them.
