I just bought the dysfunctional fanclub package at best buy and it comes with a card to sign up and it says to click on redeem staind membership code button. I searched the whole site and I cant find nothing. Can someone help me?

The fan club packs from best buy are for year "One". There is no code for year "Two" it's sold online only. Here is the email address email them and explan to them that you just bought the fan pack at Best Buy.

Lisa, I know you are trying to help an I know it's not your job, your doing it out of the kindness of your heart...but...I bought a second fanclub package at Best Buy just before the change...I tried to activate it...I tried to email these people over and over again...they told me (when they finally returned my email) that they would "take care of it"...They never did (of course)...and they stopped returning my emails...I know it's not the bands fault...I will always love them...But, the new people in charge of the fanclub are unresponsive and flaky...and they are representing my favorite band...It makes me sad...I miss the fanclub...I miss my friends there...But, as a matter of principal...I am not paying another dime for anything from them, until they honor and credit us our time and membership we already paid for and they (not us) said they'd honor...and I'd discourage anyone else from spendng money on something that has such inconsistent and poorly conceived service associated with it...Just the way I feel...and, Lisa...you have been great...but, I know it's out of your control...I just want everyone to know so they can make an informed decision...

Try emailing again as if you were emailing for the first time. There is a new staff now they have been really good. I emailed them two days ago they got back to me right away.

I completely agree with you. I have been waiting since September of 06 to get my new member packet and the new people keep telling me that they are working on it. They haven't done anything to remedy the situation yet and I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I hope things work out soon.

Just an update for all of those of us who had given up on the Dysfunctional Fanclub...I did as Lisa said...emailed them again...a very nice, competent person called...Yes,"CALLED"...and got me restarted...took care of my problem...So, for those who are waiting for their packages...I believe they are really working on it...someone really is there at the other end of that email...So hang in there...they helped me...they'll help you guys...

Yeah...I was so excited to logon...When I did, I was sad to see that my reason for doing so, isn't there...So, they are going to put up another board? That is exciting...This lady I talked to was very nice...took care of me, without question...I am really anxious for things to be kinda like they were before...I just hope that everyone else joins too...I miss all of you guys...Thanks for "prodding" me to give them another chance, Lisa...

I'm very happy that you got the response you wanted because I got a response that I did not want. When I signed up in September of last year my new member packet was supposed to contain: an exclusive t-shirt, sticker, guitar pick, membership card, and a welcome letter from the band. After months of fighting for the stuff I was promised they, the "new" people, basically told me that they were not going to be able to give me the stuff I was promised. They told me to contact SparkArt, whoever the fuck they are. I am extremely disappointed in the fanclub. I love Staind and have paid a lot of money to see them and Aaron this year alone and I think the fanclub should honor what they promised. I expressed to them my disappointment and no one ever replied to me. I can't believe that Staind would allow the fanclub to treat members this way and to not deliver on what was PROMISED! The new crew runs a very poor business and it really saddens me. But anyways, hopefully they won't screw up getting us the shirts they are now "promising" us.

I'm sorry to hear that...I'm not sure how that happens, but...Something very similar happened with the first fanclub(the one through Clique)...It seems like out of all the things management should take care of that (the fans) should be the first...It's very disappointing and probably has discouraged alot of people from ordering it...I wish you luck...

I don't think anyone recieved their packages yet. I know they were mailing them soon but I don't know if they went out yet. I'm sure if someone got theirs they would have posted it.

Lisa, I have been in contact with them for months now. I've only spoken to them thru emails--never by phone. I just think its unfair to go back on what you promised...that's what pisses me off so bad.
