Hi everyone, my name is Ally and Im new here..I purchased a membership from Best Buy ( Bigggg Mistake) and have emailed multiple time to the email address proveided after 6 attempts I finally got a response back asking me for my info and what user name I want, that was 2 weeks ago I have since sent it back to them multiple times and still have heard nothing Im getting fustrated and fed up I dont know what to do anymore, can someone please help me or point me in the right direction Please..any help is much appriciated thanks for your time and help~Ally~

The Best Buy fan packs are from 2005. They are for year one and the number it comes with does not work. Who did your email? What was the name of the person who replied? Was it that email below?

No problem that's what I'm here for to help everyone that needs it. I only just started woking with the fan club. I know they are overwhelmed with a lot of membership problems. When they took over the system with everyone's info was a mess. They are working their asses off thying to take care of everyone. There are fans that signed up last November. Thank you, Thank you very much..I cant wait...do I get a new packet for the fanclub sent to me in the mail or is it the same one from best buy minus the membership card..

The new pack is year two it's just a t-shirt and a 7 inch record with 2 songs on it. They won't send you a new fan pack. They will only get your info in the system so you can sign into the fan club website. They really need to get Best Buy to pull the other packs. Or they need to put the new packs at Best Buy instead of online only which sucks.

no joke, Im sure Im not the only one who had this problem and Best Buy still has it on there shelves..someone needs to say or do something.

No you are not the only one the Best Buy fan pack has been an issue for a while now. Think I need to call the fan club on Monday and figure out a way to get rid of this problem. Hell I will be in NYC for Korn maybe I will drop by Artist Arena haha.

No, Shelley I'm sorry you won't. There is a court case going on now with Sparkart. Those items promised will not be given to anyone who signed up last year.

Well I can't even begin to express to you how completely pissed off that makes me, but frankly I do not have the energy anymore to fight about it. I just hope I at least get my t-shirt....size small. Thanks for getting back to me Lisa, I appreciate it.
