I was so excited my boyfriend got me a fan club package from Best Buy for Christmas this year. Then when I tried to log in on the website as the instructions say in the package, there is no way to log on with this code it comes with. Now I come on here and read the threads that best Buy is still selling year 1 and they are no longer valid? I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to being a Dysfunctional Fan Club member. I have read the other threads where Lisa warns not to buy from Best Buy, and my boyfriend did not know this. I think the fan club, needs to inform Best Buy stores all over the country to take year 1 off the shelves, because people are just waisting their money if they are no longer valid for membership. I have also emailed the fan club at memberships@dysfunctionalstaind.com it has been 2 weeks and i still have not gotten a response. I am very disappointed as a Staind fan and hope that someone from the fan club can help to resolve this problem. this is not fair to people who spend money hoping to become a member. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it, and everyone, don't buy any more fan club packs at best Buy or you will be wasting your money. Any help would be greatly appreciated, there should be some way since Best buy is still selling these that people that buy this package should still be allowed to join the fan club. Thank you for your help,

I've been having the same problem. I got it last month as a surprise at Aaron's concert at Pachanga's. I was sooo happy. But ran into the same problem.
Luckily the support team is great, support@dysfunctionalstaind.com They have kept in contact with me for the past two days trying to figure this out. I had found the weblink to activate the best buy membership with the “Redeem Staind Membership Code” option..then registered, even received a confirmation email, and then realized that I couldn’t log in, or even access my account. Turns out that this website that allows you to activate your best buy membership was supposed to be shut down a year ago. But they are trying to look into this to aviod it from happening again. If you use this email address to get help, you more than likely won't get any bc the site is no longer active. memberships@dysfunctionalstaind.com So just giving everyone the heads up. Don't waste your time. Thought this might help some of you that are also having problems with the Best Buy memberships. I still can't access my account, and I was really excited about my membership and all the benefits of being a part of this fan club.
