So I saw 10 Years in Columbia, SC on Friday and it was the most incredible live show I have ever seen (besides Staind). If you guys ever get the chance to see them I definitely recomend it. I was completely blown away.

PS: Division is gonna be amazing

I need to check out their new record. How does their new record compare to their prior one?

I don't really like to judge albums based on their predecessor(s) but I will say that Division is a bit different than the Autumn Effect but mostly in a good way... All around a VERY solid album.

Yeah, there are some songs that stick out to me on Division. Not so much from The Autumn Effect, but, I haven't listened to Division as much so I can't really say.

But, I get to see them play on the 8th of next month along with STP, and I'm definitely looking forward to that.

He stalks you at night!
If you don't have morning wood,
Something's not right, it's
Harrison! Ohh, yeah!"

In my opinion, Division doesn't touch The Autumn Effect. I'm not saying it's a bad record--it's actually really good--it's just not as...artsy I guess you could say. For example, the complexity of The Autumn Effect is gone. All of the songs off Division are really straight-forward rock songs.

I think I saw 10 Years on Family Values a couple of years ago. They put on a good show. I'll have to pick up their records and play catch up. What songs do you recommend to exploring more of?

I was turned onto this band Deaf Pedestrians recently. They have this cool song called '15 Beers Ago' and it was pretty cool. It's a fun, melodic rock song and very catchy. Check it out if you're into stuff like 10 Years.

I'd recommend any of the songs off The Autumn Effect and Beautiful, Russian Roulette, So Long Goodbye, and Actions and Motives from Division.

I'll have to check out their past records. I liked 'Beautiful' the newer song that's on their Myspace page. I like their melodies and it works really well. I'll have to pick up the record when it comes out.

I saw 10yrs when they first started out, they totally were the under dog but came out rocking out hard core! Needless to say I came out quite impressed with them! Overall good band!

If you just walked away, what could I really say, would it matter anyway, would it change how you feel?

You're hittin' up Projekt Revolution too?? I'm hittin' up the Hartford, CT show in 13 days, then hittin' up Staind's Mansfield, MA show in 15 days. Needless to say that's going to be a kickass week for me.

Projekt Revolution doesn't look to appetizing to me this year...neither did last year...or the year b4 that for that matter. I've seen LP live and they're an absolutely mind-blowing live band. But they usually don't take anyone worth seeing on tour with them. it's a bunch of emo bands this year.
