You have to check out this band RED cd is called END OF SILENCE
The CD ia easily a top 5 (non-staind) album. I saw them in concert 10/26 with breaking benjamin, seether and 3 days grace. RED sounded great and had a good performance. Seether was somewhat disapointing, BB and 3DG were both very good. |

I am seeing them in a little under a month with HURT and Seether.

I just saw Seether twice recently, and although I thought they were better the last time (on the 10-27-07), I was happilly surprised w/both of their performances. As for Breaking Benjamin and 3DG, even on a bad day, imo they are always great live. As for Red, I totally agree! Their album is awesome from start to end. It is one of the VERY few that I've ever loved upon first listen, and could not stop listening to it over and over. And, they ARE great live, as well. Nice guys, too, and the twins are hotties ;] lol. Yeah they are nice guys. I thought that was rad of them to hang out at the merch table after their set and meet all the fans. It's always awesome when a band does that. They seem very down to earth. I'm kinda pissed I didn't pick up their record at the show, but I was low on cash at the time. I'll have to get it though.

Yeah Hurt did that at the show H and I went to. After their set they hung out in the bar with everyone. That was pretty cool.

At their show the other night they we were able to get their Deluxe Edition that hasn't been released, yet, too. That was cool.

I saw Red when they played with Sevendust a while ago in LA. They were good live, despite the crowd not knowing who they were.
Another band like RED that you should check out is Deaf Pedestrians. I was turned onto their song '15 Beers Ago' and it's a cool, fun melodic rock tune that is worth checking out. |

End of silence is a pretty good album. Im not to big on thier first single breathe into me though. Let go and almost over are much better choices but to bad my station doesnt play those. Pieces and break me down are great songs to.

Although I've seen RED a few times, they NEVER seemed to come to CT, and that drove me crazy, because I LOVE them! Next Friday, they are not only playing CT, but for free, w/Filter and one of the state's best local bands, Livintrust. I'm a happy girl. :] lol
