when you open the .rar file, just click on the song and drag it out on your desktop or something.

or if you still can't get it to work, ^^^

I have the new album, but I'm very slooowwwllllyyy getting into it.

I am still a bit new to the band and I'm still catching up on the old stuff. I never had the full CD's, just most of their popular tracks like .45, Save Me, Heroes, Fly From the Inside, etc. I've been rocking out to those on a not so regular basis for like 2 years.

So I finally bought all 3 discs after seeing them live, and I'm really digging it big time.

How about "Atmosphere"? What a wicked track!

Just saw them last nite in NYC in a small (700 person) venue.

Awesome. They headlined with Black Stone Cherry, and Theory of a Deadman in support.

Great set, with a lot of stuff (5 songs) from Sound of Madness.

Hope to see them back with Avenged.

Shinedown will be on Leno tonight, playing "Second Chance" I believe.

I just got the Shinedown Nation e-mail about that; I was wondering what song they were gonna play.... 'cause I don't think the tonight show would allow them to play a heavier track like Devour, it's rather atypical. Second Chance is the next single and I abs. love it so I hope you're right!

They seem to be doing a lot of small show venues. I thought they were awesome when they came to Wisconsin. The lead singer is just phenominal at gettting the crowd pumped up.

My favorite part of the night was Black stone cherry. I just love that southern rock sound.

^^yeah, it said on their myspace bulletin that they were playing second chance. so that will be cool

and they were playing small venues, i saw them in an awesome one. but now, it looks like they are doing arena size places with avenged sevenfold, buckcherry, and someone else, i forget. it pissed me off though bc i saw they were playing about 2 hours from here and wanted to go, but tix were almost 40 bucks. that sucks. go back to the small venues! haha

Saw them on Leno, cool shit. I love those guys. Second Chance was a good song choice for that situation, IMO.

Wish I had seen them with the original lineup for comparison.

That's so unique about Staind, that except for way back when the band was forming, they've never realy had a lineup change.

I really hope they pick up again with a headlining tour, rather than this other ticket with AX7, etc. Their short set is great, but the headlining set really kicks ass.

Yeah, it didn't look like a straight lip sync to me...

Shame that it went down for Jasin the way it did. From what I understand it was mostly to do with Atlantic.

I don't know if the dude's on drugs or not, but I'll say this...

I picked up about 8 new CD's in the last 3 months or so:

Blackstone Cherry's latest
Buckcherry- Black Butterfly
Kid Rock- Rock and Roll Jesus
Disturbed- Indestructible
Rev Theory
Metallica- Death Magnetic
Staind- TIOP (of course)
Shinedown- Sound of Madness

Probably one or two more, blah blah blah.

By FAR, I am enjoying Sound of Madness the most.

Not at first, as I didn't know what to expect in comparison to their last 2, but now I'm hooked.

Nice mix of heavy, and some potential radio hits. Great lyrics, and the new members of the band seem to be melting right in.

Loving it.
