i know someday you'll have a beautiful life, i know you'll be a star
in somebody else's sky, but why
why, why can't it be, why can't it be mine?

The chances are very good, with Staind headlining tour this October. NYC top of the list since we were skipped this time around. I'm sure MA and CT again so they mite hit the Hippodrome. Fall Brawl baby here we go again

That would be awesome! And, dare I dream, since my HURT boys should be hitting the East coast in the fall, too! I'd SOO love to get to see them both together again! Whoo-hoo!

We best not get duped here.
Atleast 12 songs.
It's as close as they are coming to home for awhile. And YES hartford is closer to Springfield than Mansfield! It's supposed to be co-headlining...
So that would mean staind and 3dd have the same setlist time right?
Otherwise co-headling is jsut a way to say, not headlining...

it sheltered me from nothing but the weather, I called it home for a moment of my life, this place I see just doesn't look familliar, I wonder if it looks the same inside....

Okay, I'm unbearably exhausted from street teaming for HOURS on the hottest day of the year (over 100 degrees, I believe they said, and I KNOW it was still about 90 when Staind's set ended).

Although Aaron does sound UNBELIEVABLY better than he has since they recorded the live "Believe" in Cali and in many of the shows we've heard since then, he still doesn't sound all better. Nor did he seem that into it...especially for a home show.

But, Staind still sounded great! Sadly they still only did 12 songs in Hartford. I'm shocked! No Tolerate, no 2nd new song, NO extras at home. The set is basically ALL singles. I understand having to put in some &/or the most popular singles, but they always were good w/mixing in something else for the REAL fans, before. So, I must admit I was disappointed. They should definitely take out 'Turn the Page,' and do Blow Away, 4 Walls, Suffocate, Come Again, Crawl, Tolerate...something Staind that's not a single, for the real fans. PLEASE, guys!

You KNOW I love ya, Aaron, but when we want to see you do a solo acoustic song, we'll go to one (or 30 lol) of your solo shows. So, cut Turn the Page, and put in something else Staind, PLEASE!!! We're at a Staind show for Staind!!! Break, A Flat, Me, Blow Away, or 4 Walls, would be optimal choices to play instead of doing Turn the Page, btw. ;]

Set list (in order):

~Price to Pay
~Just Go
~Fade
~Believe
~Falling
~Outside
~Turn the Page (just Aaron)
~For You
~IBAW
~Right Now (lol)
~So Far Away
~Mud

Oh, and all the new merch, as well as Tormented, a bottle key chain/bottle opener, AND the fan pack (w/the BLACK fan club shirt....grrr) are being sold at the merch tables, now.

Ugh..... standard set list.... now I'm having second thoughts about even going to Mansfield on Tues!! Well, I kind of have to go at this point, but man what a bummer to hear there won't be much hometown love to go around =\

Raina: By any chance could you tell me the approximate amount of songs/stage time the other bands got? Staind got 12 tracks, did 3DD get about the same or more? How many songs did Hinder play -- along with Jet Black Stare? I imagine JBS was only on stage for about 5-6 tracks right?

Well to be honest, this is a tour Staind doesn't seem to be into period.
It seems very record label driven.
They are touring with light rock bands....
That being said the guys sounded pretty spot on.
I'll def be lookin toward thier fall show in the region for hometown love. That's when it typically comes. As long as they don't play fuckin mohegan sun. Terrible venue, been there 2 times already, I hate the distance, bring it back t springfield!

No, 'cause I honestly don't know lol. I was street teaming outside right until Staind started at 9:10. The show started at 8pm, so I'm guessing JBS got less than 5 songs for Hinder to get a half hour. And, I didn't stay for 3dd, since MANY people were really there for Staind and the place really started emptying out once they were done. So, I went back to my car to get the other stuff to hand out and left before 3dd were done.

The Mohegan's Arena really isn't a very good venue for the likes of Stiand, Seether, etc. imo, either. But, I'm SURE they'll play there. HOPEFULLY, this time around, that won't stop them from playing Springfield, too, though.

I agree! I was a little disappointed to hear just the hits and only one song from the new album.
They played great regardless.

The show was great u all are on crack. Aaron was in such a great mood his wife and kids were with him. This tour was what Aaron wanted they aren't ready to go out yet that will come once the CD is out, this tour was to let everyone know they are still here and they have a new CD coming. You all knew the set list changed when they hooked up with 3DD. The good set list were shows without 3DD. So suck it up and get over it. =P
