I am so going this year. I told people at work they better not request that weekend since it's Valentines Day weekend.

i know it's a little early, but after checking with the flagship, I foumd out their rates are $130 for friday and $240 for saturday night.....plus you have to add a $100 security deposit on top of that......i know its valentines weekend and all, but that seems steep......im gonna check around for other hotels prices.......

^^^ Yikes.. $240 for Saturday. I checked out Showboat and it was about the same. I think most hotels plan to raise their rates through the roof for that night. I may only be able to go for one night this year. Between the economy and the upcoming holidays, I'm gonna be wiped out!!

I called the showboat and they told me that the rate is published high because it's early.....it should come down......the normal rate during the summer is $119.....Next move is gonna be a group rate angle......I'll tell em I got a group of high rollers coming in......we should all get comped rooms.....I'll just tell em my name is Flaffy.....no last name just Flaffy........
seriously tho.....$470 bucks just to get in the flagship is crazy for 2 days.......someone needs to buy a house in AC where we could all crash......

The Chelsea on Expedia, 4.2 rating... $159 Fri, $179 Sat... Still very crappy!

I checked out the Days Inn....2 blocks from the ocean......between the casinos...balconies in sum rooms....free parking (a big plus)...they even have rooms with 3 doubles in it for under a 100 a nite.....500' to Dunkin Donuts.....$71.10 for friday....$134.10 for Saturday night.....with tax $235.93 with my discount.........expedia is quoting 100 friday and 189 saturday.....they told me if I call back Monday I can find out about a group discount.......this is the best price I can find without going outside the city.......

I am absolutely terrified of the cheaper hotels or motels in AC. Have you seen the area surrounding the hotels? Scary...

we'll protect ya Kat......yes it's the one on Kentucky Ave......it looks good, and has some decent reviews......biggest downside is it doesn't have a view.......but do we really plan on spending alot of time in the rooms???? It's AC people......

when do tix go on sale for this? maybee i'm missing something but i cant find shit about it anywhere!

tix went on sale mid november last year.....and there's a bunch of sites listing dates....i havent checked staind or aarons myspace.....but the dates for the 13th and the 14 of Feb. seem legit......

oh yeah i wasnt questioning the poster, i just don't want to miss them going on sale! but i am in the Fanclub, so i'm assuming i wont haha!

yeah, they could go on sale any day now.....everyone is waiting.....including me.....
