same generic set list as saratoga and conn......but the meet n greet was the best i have ever been to......they (mike n aaron) were doing a radio promo for a radio station.....he played believe and take this accoustic, along with some radio jargon with the boys.....
all the guys seemed very happy.....mike's wife was there.....vanessa and the girls were there, all hanging out by this radio show......zoe even signed someones picture for a fan......meet n greet was like at least an hour long......what a fantastic night......i have alot more to add to this story, but sleep is taking over......will post pics and more tomorrow......

Great show! Aaron's finally starting to sound like he's getting better, and thus seemed more into it, too. He just sounded SO much better! I have been SO worried that touring while sick could possibly do permanent damage. I am so relieved he's finally sounding and acting like he's getting better!!! SO relieved!

It was great to meet Jdanek and his girlfriend, Jim and his girlfriend, of course great to get to hang w/Tony and Cindy again, and my brother and nephew even made it out to this one, too. :] Oh, and the nice kids from Kazikstan (sp?) that came so far to see Staind, whom we had the pleasure of meeting and helping, some, as well as some other fans we met down the road from the venue after getting something to eat.

It really was a great way to end this Staind run for me. Even getting the speeding ticket on the way home in RI while talking to Kyle on the phone didn't ruin it lol. Good times, good times!

hey hey heyyyyyy, VERY nice meeting Raina, Tony, and Cindy at this show; I didn't think there could be anything that would be capable of topping Staind's performance (especially with 3dd performing right after...) but then I got to meet these three and it was an absolute kickass time, it's always a great experience to meet fellow diehard Staind fans who are plain and simple: really great people.

and HEY, I would just like to point that, that ladyfriend of mine is not my girlfriend haha, she's just a really good friend of mine but is a huge huge fan of Staind, I felt like it would be a sin to not invite her to come along and help out with the promotions - she did a damn good job by the way.

p.s. not sure if anyone who wasn't at this show (or ANY of them for that matter....) but the guys of Jet Black Stare are some real down to earth and modest gentlemen - they sounded great live and knew how to work a crowd that was clearly not there FOR them. Mansfield was very respectful to ALL of the bands at the show though, I was pleasantly surprised by the excitement. I did not personally witness the "surge" of people who left directly after Staind in Hartford, so I can't compare, but I can tell you this: a great deal of people (maybe 1/6 of the arena...) did jet out of the place after Staind was done with their set.

What was much MORE notable though, was that everyone LOADED the arena AFTER hinder was done and just before Staind took the stage. Staind definitely was the true headlining band, we can now certify that for sure in Mansfield and Hartford.

Despite the basic setlist, this was an awesome show, and Aaron sounded the best he's ever sounded out of the 9 times I have seen them live over the years.

regret, regret, regret..shoulda been at that show..but I'm glad ya all had a kick ass time. Awesome to hear that Aaron is sounding better and that 3DD still sucks haha..btw Raina, I fuckin love that Seether shirt!!

I forget for which song, but Aaron belted out some phenomenal screams as well ... legit screams, not his normal powerful yell or roar or whatever you want to call it. I think it was during 'Just Go'. Someone who was at the show and confirm or correct that.

last nights show was deff not the the same as all the other Staind shows I have seen. Its funny because on the car ride home my friend nd I were talking about that. Glad everyone else notice too. The crowed was wicked good too. I was in the front pit and it seemed like I had a lot of 3DD chick fans near me but the staind fans deff represented! I'm glad I didnt miss this one!
Turn the Page was amazing too! I love when Aaron throws in a cover song. And that was deff a great one!

Now I cant wait for my next show!

The crowd was amazing last night. I was in the pit and they couldn't get enough. Everyone sounded and looked great. I can't wait for the fall. Oh by the way, my dumb ass brother actually works for the radio station that put on the backstage acoustic show. No, he didn't hook me up.
