Why do people always say don't wear a shirt of the band your going to see? I don't get that...

When people go to sporting events, they wear the clothes of the team they support. When I go to concerts, I wear something for the band I support. What's wrong with that?

Who ever made this list is pretty fucking dumb. Dont wear the shirt of the band your seeing. Who ever made this list is pretty damn arrogant and arrogant about something they probably dont have a damn clue about.

The "dont wear the shirt of the band you're seeing" is an old joke, i've heard that referenced in many movies and many places on the web. i just don't get why its funny...

yea the t-shirt thing is kinda weird.. but everything else was true.. I hate drunk people with horrible voices who try to sing.. sober singing is ok, but still not needed.. And i am that tall guy lol im 6'4, but i stay in one spot and try to like crouch so i dont block other people

I'm sorry, but that is just ridiculous to me, and I was around for the birth of hardcore lol. In ALL seriousness, to follow some strange rule that ANY scene dictates is ANYTHING but hardcore! We all always wore our shirts to the concert. Actually, I listen to all kinds of music. And, the premise of hardcore was to not follow rules...to live by your own...at least it was back in the day when it truly WAS hardcore. So, again I say to follow some scene's rules is anything but hardcore! That being said, doing something because you like and/or agree w/it isn't following any set of rules, it is being true to yourself. So, you CAN do something a scene says to do and still be true to yourself, as long as you are not doing it because that is what the scene dictates.

They forgot to put in my most favorite thing for concert ett.

When you are at the concert, keep your eyes facing the stage at all times. Stop fucking looking back every ten seconds to try and find someone in the crowd who's probably way in the back and won't find you anyways!!!

I'm sorry if what I said came off as a personal attack, Tiffany! It certainly wasn't. Just because I don't necessarily agree w/your opinion doesn't mean I don't respect it!. It's all good, girl!
