I looked at the track listing on itunes to see that Something Like Me and the Truth as bonus and preorder tracks. I never like getting things off itunes, I have always been a fan of getting the physical album. So here's my problem, do I get the preorder from itunes and not the real album? Or get the real album and hope the 2 songs come out seperately? Or just get both (Though I dont really have $30.00 to throw at getting the same album twice). Just a question and I would like to know what you would do or are going to do.

Glad I'm not the only one debating this painstaking dilemma.... it makes no sense to purchase the same album twice, and I already pre-ordered the massively overpriced deluxe edition, so if buying the iTunes pre-order JUST for those two bonus tracks isn't wasteful spending, then I really don't know what is... I think I will not allow Atlantic Records to entirely sever my nuts off this time around.

Has anyone noticed that the itunes track list does not include The Truth anymore, and you cant buy the single This Is It. Anyone know what is going on?

normally I just buy the physical cd's too, but this time it looks like iTunes is the better deal all the way around. Granted I would still by the actual cd, so I can have it, but for once iTunes is my first option.

yeah I'm not sure what to do about that either..i was thinking I was just going to wait til the album actually comes out and buy it in the stores, then wait to see if itunes lets you buy SLM and the Truth individually, instead of having to buy the whole album off of itunes to get them, so that way I don't have to buy the same cd twice. ............ Maybe - but I wouldn't count on it. When Linkin Park released Minutes to Midnight, iTunes offered a special offer to receive a bonus track titled "No Roads Left" for the pre-order album ONLY; and they held true to their word... the song is no longer available for purchase altogether and hasn't been since MTM's release date. |
