I apologize to anyone who doesn't enjoy fighting and exchanges of words, but I couldn't sit back and not say anything about this. Lordd3r3k.....This is just a prime example of something I've seen on message boards all over the internet. First of all, the first time I saw Staind cover This Love, my jaw hit the floor. It was an amazing performance. And seeing Eruption....well there pretty much aren't any words to describe Mike Mushok's ability. But here's my question....Why do you and everyone else that does it, insist on posting and replying to subjects that you either dislike or don't care about?
my guess is that you're referring to the Eruption thread that i posted in recently. let me clarify something for you, i wasnt trying to make fun of Mike or anything, i was just pointing out an observation that i found funny. now some people here can also see the humorous side of my observation, but some others dont, and are alittle oversensative to comments that dont portray these guys as musical gods. unfortunately, the replies i got were from the latter, so naturally it looks like a flame war. honestly, i dont care what mike does.. or what aaron does.. or staind as a whole.. and that latest nonsense only reminded me of why i stopped posting here in the first place.
i came back for a bit to check in on some old friends. boredom hit and i started looking around the site. i found the eruption thread again, and posted what i did. and as soon as i posted it, i said to myself 'that was probably a bad idea.' because i knew someone would probably take it the wrong way, which of course they did, and the bickering ensues. its the same story with this place. anyone with a differing opinion is immediately labeled 'the asshole'. well, its gotten old. and the friends that kept me coming back to this site are hardly here anymore. so, thats my cue..

I was totally playing with you. I thought you of all people would be able to see that. And I listen to music that I can relate to, and most of the bands that fit that category will never be a trend.
