Okay, so I'm getting married next month and both me and my soon to be husband are huge staind fans. Having Aaron play at our wedding would have been ideal but we know there is no way on earth it would happen.
So we looked all over the place for ANY type of rock song that we could use as our first song. All we stumbled upon were country songs... booo hissss So yesterday we remembered Aaron Lewis did a cover of Peter Gabriels' song "In Your Eyes" So, it's going to be our song. Problem is, every copy of the song we have isn't very good. Anyone have any GOOD copies that are wedding worthy? Also, my fiancee found a song for him and his mom that's rock and now I'm stuck with Butterfly kisses while everything else is rock. So anyone have any good father/daughter songs? |

awww Bernie and Nicki are using Aaron's in your eyes for their wedding in September. It's a really nice song Fill Me Up is also a food wedding song. Butterfly kisses is over rated everyone using it. I think butterfly kisses is over used. It's a pretty song, but it's long and I want something different.
My fiancee said use Zoe Jane and it's a pretty song but if my name was Zoe I'd be more up for using it. I did a search online... nothing good. Celion dion and crap like that. I thought about Frank Sinatra - The Way You Look Tonight. It's an amazing song but a bit upbeat so I'm not sure. I give you my destiny, I'm giving you all of me |

If it wasn't for him they would probably still be together...GREAT band back in the day...even Aaron made a comment about him at the last solo show I went to...he sang 'Patience' and then commented how "they (meaning GNR) are coming here tomorrow, well unless they cancel" then he turned his head to someone up there on stage and said "oh they already did" and he laughed hard!!!
