Who is excited for baseball season? Life always becomes a little more meaningful this time of year.
I'll be at the dodgers/red sox game at the coliseum on Saturday. It's a dream come true to see the dodgers back at the coliseum. And Monday I will, of course, be at opening day. Everybody name their team, since I know only a couple of you on here who follow baseball.   |

Cinci Reds. I wouldn't call myself a fan but I follow them. I'm more a Indians guy. Still super pissed about being handled by Boston.

Hmmmmmmm top of the 5th.....Boston up 5-1.....need to get these Dodger bats going already.......on a positive note, the Yankees scored 3 runs in the 9th inning to beat the Marlins 4-2........

Well, yesterday was the most amazing experience of my life. My mom's friend gave us v.i.p. passes. We got to watch the second half of the game ON THE FIELD. We were standing right behind the sox bench. It was so great. The first half I was sitting next to Tom Arnold, hah. What a weird (but nice) guy. After all that, we got to exit out where the players come out. I got a bunch of Dodgers' autographs. The best part of the night was meeting my idol...Tommy Lasorda! I also met Nomar, Jason Schmidt, James Loney, Russell Martin, among a few others. I also asked Papelbon and Lars Anderson for autographs. Some little girl came up to Papelbon and asked him to sign her ball. His response was, "I have to get my jacket, hold on." Of course, he left the girl waiting and never came back.
Opening Day is only hours away! |
