Hello Everyone,

First I'd like to thank all of you who have been a constant support system for Rob and I, in our work with Sidewalk Angels. I've learned in the last few years, that fighting for what you believe in, isn't always going to be the popular thing to do. So, receiving encouraging emails and letters are really uplifting. Especially at times when I'm feeling particularly low.

I realize there have been a lot of questions in regards to Matchbox Twenty's decision to cancel their appearance at the Cheyenne Frontier Days this summer. I promise, that none of us are hiding from these questions, and we will all be making an official press release very soon.

Many of you are aware that Rob and I have been involved with helping animals for a number of years. I myself have been working with animals since I was 10 years old. I promise you, that any decisions we make, are not made hastily and come directly from the core of our beliefs.

Again, thank you for all of your love and support. It truly means the world to us.

xo

Hi there Marisol!

I have only been on your husband's board posting for the past two months, and from the stuff on there I have learn't how dedicated you both are in regards to the treatment of animals. I applaud you both for making a tough and necessary decision regardless of the ramifications. As long as you do what's right in your heart that is all that matters. Thank you for letting us know anything in this whirlwind you must be on - jetlag, two countries in as many days, and now Rob and the boys performing. Don't know how you all do it.

Take care and enjoy your time here in Oz. Smiler

Thank you for all you do for our furry and feathered friends, Marisol.

And KUDOS to you for standing up for what you believe in and not being afraid to do so. In this day and age, that is a very honorable and rare trait to find in people.

Please look into the rodeo situation at the North Dakota State Fair as well.

I hope you are doing well. I continue to keep you in my prayers daily. Safe travels in Australia!!

Thank you for your post, Mari.

I've been a fan of MB20 and Rob's for years, and I know you and Rob will stand for what is right, regardless of how "popular" it is.

Thank you for taking a stand against animal cruelty. I'm sorry you have to deal with this while in Australia. Hope the tour is going well, and you all have fun, and come back home safely!

I love you guys and all that you support!

Michele
