Hi, my name is Mark Powell. I am trying to get tickets to the concert at Atlantis in a week and a half. We will be staying at atlantis during the concert and would love to attend. We are only going this weekend because we want to see Rob. We have a slight problem. I booked the vacation for four of us through a travel website because it was cheaper than going directly to the atlantis website. I just figured i could call atlantis and buy the tickets from them. Not the case. I should have checked first. They say that the tickets can only be bought from their website when doing a reservation. Even though i will be a hotel guest, they will not sell me tickets. My problem is that the package i bought is non-refundable, so i'm stuck. Is there anything you guys can do or can i buy tickets from you? Please help!!!! We would love to see the concert and support the cause.
