While checking out Matchbox 20 sites on the net I came across the Sidewalk Angels and Pets Alive.

I LOVE Matchbox 20 and Rob... and have been a devoted fan since the beginning.

I was thrilled to find out that my ALL TIME favourite musicians also support such a worthwhile cause. And well done to Marisol (and everyone else involved) for also being so devoted.

I am part of a similiar association in Perth Australia. We take animals who are starved, surrended, abused, dumped and set to be PTS (put to sleep) at all the pounds we can statewide. We foster them in our own homes for rehabilitation and socialisation with family members, children and other pets.

I have done this (mostly dogs myself) for a year and had many dogs come thru and many successful adoptions.

I rent, work and I am a (broke) single parent and I manage (and love) doing rescue. I cant understand why so many people in the world can be so selfish and nasty to animals that serve so sincerely as our devoted, faithful companions.

I wanted to express my support from this side of the world, for your rescue group and to Matchbox 20 for having such great ethics. If only there were more like us!
