I give the album an A-... Only reason it isn't an A+ is because of how depressing it is. It isn't an album that I will listen to a lot.
The lyrics and music are amazing, but it's about his addiction battles. So the subject matter is rather down. "Tomorrow I'm gonna have to live with the pain ya say Tomorrow You'll have to cross bridges that you burned today Tomorrow And everything ya do, is comin back to you You'll never outrun what waits for you Tomorrow...." As far as the music, lyrics, vocals and production though. This album is top top top notch. "For years, the American Public complained that they were not being heard.  I get a lot of promo material from a friend.The album is really really good though. It will def be worth your wait. James Michael... Where TF did he come from???? The guy's voice is fucking amazing. How was he not in a band before this? If he was, how did they not get signed? God Damn! He sounds like Myles Kennedy on Steroids! Can hit all the same notes, sings in a very very similar register, uses his falsetto the same way... Only difference is James can wail in a very dirty fashion as well as the clean. I think this band is amazing!!!!! Life Is Beautiful and Accidents Can Happen are my favorite songs. I just wish that my computer was working better and I could put the song a on cd..cause I downloaded them earlier today...cause I'm gonna have to go buy the cd in the store to hear it in my car.

I just checked out the album of this band, Sixx:A.M., and man is it good. The Heroine Diaries Soundtrack is a great album and their song, "Life is Beautiful", is awesome. I mean, we're talking great vocals, strong lyrical content, powerful instrumentals, and (believe it or not) a distinct sound.
