Hey y'all, not sure if our resident Tantric fans have heard about another band that Hugo & Bruce of Tantric are in. They're called State of the Art & their Myspace is SOTA Myspace . I think they sound a little soulish, but that's just my opinion. Hope ya like 'em!

It's a side project. I believe they've recorded around 11 songs. As for if there's gonna be a CD I'm not sure.

I remember a while ago (Spring semester) hearing Rob Thomas on V-Spot Countdown saying that next is an MB album, then another solo. My mom's radio station is obsessed with him & the band so probably at the first sign of any definite news they'll report it. It hasn't even been 2 years since "Something to Be", but it feels like forever...or just to me.

I got to be at the taping of the Bright Lights video from More than you Think you ARe... and THAT seems like forever to me....

rob's solo as well... i think 2007 will be the year they 'need' each other again... without adam.. he's gone..

What was Bright Lights vid from, '03? It's cool that you got to be at the taping, wasn't that a concert scene vid? It's been a while so that's why I'm fuzzy on the details.

Guess I'm getting my '07 releases in order already. I know some expected in the beginning of the year & some that are suppose to be the end of this year that might get pushed back to '07.
