There were 500 of us crammed into a small Orlando club, the Social, tonight to see Alter Bridge. It was an amazing fuckin show. I last saw them 3 years ago in St Pete. They have not lost their touch. The new material was AMAZING!!! The show was like a family reunion for me, as I had not seen the boys or their families (or the many boardies that were there) in years. (hell I havent even listened to their tunes in years) But they sounded fucking Awesome! If they head your way on the new tour...CHECK THEM OUT. You will not be disappointed. In my opinion the only band that can outshine their live show is SD. They are heading to Europe in the morning but will be back to hit the US soon.
Leesa, sorry you & Sarah couldnt make it.....BV even came out for this one.

I've been waiting to see these guys for two years! I recently saw some clips on you tube and it sounded like Miles was screaming the lyrics as opposed to singing them??? I'm hoping to see them in October at the HOB in Chicago.
My friend who flew in for the Orlando show has an extra ticket to the Chicago show & wants me to fly up for it since it is the day after my bday. So, ya'll might be seeing me there

I am super stoked cause I have two tickets to their show in Chattanooga, TN at Club Fathom. That's the place where Shinedown played their acoustic set for Rockin' For a Reason. I love the new stuff and I am ready to see it live.

I really do LOVE AB and they are coming here next month for Buzzfest. But Buzzfest is always such a circus I don't know if I can tough that one out or not. Can't wait for the new CD for sure

I just found out Another Animal (band members of Godsmack w/ Ugly Kid Joe Singer) Will Be At Club Fathon with Alter Bridge on October fifth. That Rocks!
I can't wait for the Chattanooga show. It is a week from tomorrow and I know it's gonna' rock my face off. I've heard about 5 or 6 songs off of the new album and if the trend stays true for the other songs then this album is just going to blow us away.

Saw them Friday night in Chattanooga; very awesome. The new material is just amazing live. I can't wait to pick up the new disc Tuesday; it is a bad-ass rock record.
Sadly thanks to the ridiculous amount of traffic on the interstate I missed all but the last 10 minutes of Another Animal's set
Dan Toler from The Allman Brothers and Whitfield Crane (AA's singer) joined AB at the end of their set to cover some AC/DC song .... Whole Lotta Rosie I think it was. All in all a great show; I just wish AB would come to Knoxville sometime
