Don't ask me how I know this from the description that you gave, but the answer is: the band is Airbourne out of Australia and the song is "Too Much Too Young Too Fast"

Just watched the video... I dug the music, but I just can't respect a band that literally steals their entire shtick from another band. They sound EXACTLY like AC/DC.

Well, I dunno bout xactly like AC/DC. The guitar player ain't no where near the caliber of AC/DC's dear school boy fiddler (he always dressed in shorts, looked like a school boy). I reckon them for a cross between AC/DC and some off the wall 80's hair metal band. They ain't bad, though, song is catchy and retro and they are young and cute, will prolly do well among the, 'I say I rock, but really I'm poppish and clueless'. AirbourneVid )O(-D.
