The old GH thread was locked. But guess what? GH4 is introducing Drums and vocals. I'd like to be furious, but the new drum just looks like its better than Rock Bands.

Guitar hero got drilled by rock band, so they had to step up their game. I will buy it, but I need some fucking shinedown on it, 45, burning bright, fly, devour i don't care.

I hear it will have, Tool, system of a Down, Smashing Pumpkins, Korn, and alot of other bands. I also think they are going over the top with making a WHOLE Guitar Hero based off of Aerosmith. They rock, but isn't it a little much? Same with GH: On Tour.

Totally agreed with the Aerosmith, i actually bought it cause I needed the new guitar. Its okay but not great, nothing really new.The guitar that comes with it is badass though. I'm sure after On tour is out for awhile Harmonix will release rockband 2 and we will have an epic struggle, of rythym games.Whichever has shinedown in the setlist has my vote.

From what I have heard they are coming out with a GH with only Metallica as well.

I didnt even like Rock Band... theres lots of little tweaks that need to be made

Rockband 2 was actually just confirmed recently..its coming out in the Fall on 360 and Winter for PS3. Which is gay, cause i have a ps3 and have to wait.

and i've heard GH Beatles also sometime....

I wonder if the GH WORLD TOUR will have a better price tag than rockband....

It probably won't, have you seen the drum set? It has the four pads plus two symbals attached to the top. And the guitar is awesome, it has a touch pad on the neck for sound effects. it will probably cost more than Rock Band 2. I also believe that Aerosmith is to GH3 as Encore is to GH2.
