I've been practicing with the camera in my back yard. I think I figured out the key to taking good pictures, don't drink copious amounts of beer before you pick up the camera!!! lol I also got some new software, photoshop elements 6. It's amazing what you can do with it.

I can get some pretty good pics in my yard too but not in a concert environment. That fog is a killer for pics. I have so many cameras. I just keep buying them and it turns out the same. I have tried to learn the manual settings but it is so long between that I forget what I learned. Here are some good pics that I did get of a band called Faktion. I guess I am their photographer when they come to Houston.








I have lots more but as an example. They do use fog at this venue, I don't know what the difference is. I usually have to step back even cause I am too close. weird.
