I didn't really know where to post this, but this seemed like the most relevant forum. There isn't really a point to this post, just curiosity. Does anybody know whatever happened to that chick that sang Shed Some Light with Brent at that one acoustic show in early '07? I believe her name was Liz(no, not Lzzy Hale haha). She was a regular on the boards and I just found it odd that she just disappeared all of a sudden, or maybe she has been posting and I don't know it.

i have thought that too, where did Liz go? She was a rather popular/active boardie, and then just disappeared, she probably changed her name, or like so many other took that long walk away from the board forever.

Liz doesn't post anymore for various reasons. I'm not going to share them because it's not my place, but she's been gone for a while. Maybe she'll pop up again one day, but for now, she's keeping her distance.

Mel, maybe you know if there's truth to this, is Liz (the boardie, the one the topic is about) singing with a band from Knoxville? On the Theory of a Deadman Rockline a few months ago a Liz called in and asked a question about songwriting or something like that. No one posted anything about this here (maybe they knew, idk) and I felt weird just bringing it up. Thanks!

there's a liz in flyleaf? i thought her name was lacey. anywho. liz did come up with the 13th commandment thing. but she didn't coin the "shinedown mafia" term. it was a loving nickname, given to the oldschool street teamers, from one of the band members. it was for those of us who were there in the beginning when l.a.w. first came out. Amaru - Society Red - God Or Julie -Captain Kid -Skindred -Christina Perri -Cinder Road ~check these bands/artists out. put your cursor over the name and enlighten yourself  i know my way around...
