I am new to these forums but I love Shinedown and I am guessing that is all that matters here. I got to sing into the mic with Brent the last time they were at the cain's in Tulsa. It was beautiful. Damn fucking beautiful. Brent hugged me and a bunch of other ppl in the crowd afterword. I got so much of his sweat on me. He gives 150% of his energy up there. I didn't wash the shirt. I am even going to frame it. It is my all time dream to do a song with shinedown... one step closer... I got three verses in. I didn't sleep that night after I got home and I had energy like a fucking locomotive for the next week and a half. Killer!

 glad you had a kick ass time at the concert you attended i can relate to not sleeping and having energy after one of their shows. its funny how much of an impact a shinedown show could have on someone Welcome to the boards again! Thanks. I appreciate the welcome. I was beginning to wonder if anyone would say hello back. Anyway, the energy thing though... it's crazy. I know Brent talks about the energy feeding back and forth at like nearly every show and I feel it every time but singing with him was like dying and never feeling tired again. I was almost in tears just from the sheer beauty of the moment. |

Yeah, welcome to the boards. I am very jelous of u lol, my first show is Dec. 7th and i cannot wait. Ill see then what this energy thing is all about then.

You will love it. Let me know what you think. I want to see if I can make it to one more show before the year is up. But none of them are close to me. Maybe a road trip. Hmmm? |
