My name is Gunnery Sergeant Charles Mays and I am a US Marine fixing to retire here very soon. I just wanted to say that you guys are a phenomenal band and from myself and my Marines to say thank you for your contribution. I first heard your group in 06 while serving in OIF and the boys love the hell out your music.

I can spot 'em! "Fixing to" gave you away. I thought that was perfectly normal thing to say...until I encountered people from the northern area. They didn't understand what it meant and wanted me to explain!

Take Care Charles Semper Fi
Just wanted to say hi and welcome to the boards and thank you very much for serving our country. And I don't think that I have told anyone here yet so I'm just gonna say it here and now, I actually joined the Delayed Entry Program for the U.S. Marines over the summer, and I leave for Parris Island July 8th 2008 since I'am only 17 and still have to finish and graduate from high school.....
