Just wondering who out there is going to the hob in orlando?

I've never had the pleasure of seeing SD live, so I'm very excited.

I'm driving down there from Alpharetta, Ga. It's about 500 miles each way.

I'm going to be taking my kids. I have a daughter, Juliette, who is 10, and a son, Lennon, who is 8 years old. This will be there first concert ever. Thought this would be a GREAT first concert!!

I am so jealous. Y'all suck! Cuz I can't go! I luv the HOB in Orlando. I love Orlando all the way around, great place to live.

i'm going to try to fly down there.. it just depends on the money situation.. (just flew to Wisonsin a few weekends ago to see them.. so money might be tight) still working on it...

I know the boys already think I'm nuts for flying across the country just for a weekend to see them...

I think it'd be great, Patty, ya really autta go; HOB is a fantastic venue.

Glad to hear that the hob is a nice venue to see them. I've never been there before. I haven't been to Orlando in forever. I think it was like 13 years ago. I know it was before my kids were born.

Hopefully I can meet some of you guys there when we go.
We have our tickets but I need to make reservations at a hotel. Any recommendations? We were hoping to stay right in Downtown Disney. I think the kids would enjoy it and it would be convenient. I can't believe I've never even taken my kids to Orlando to go to Disneyworld, but instead I'm taking them there to go see SD. Oh well, I honestly think we will all have a great time.
Both of my kids are asking me if I think that they can get a guitar pick from Jasin. Do you think that's possible?

Not quite as convenient, but still very close by, are the "All Star" resorts. They are themed(movies, music, sports) Disney value resorts . VERY family friendly, it's where we stay when we do our Disney overnights, inexpensive, etc. They're about 5 miles from HOB All Star Music to HOB Downtown would be better for sure, but we can never afford it, lol.
You won't be able to miss me, I'll be there with my husband, and our son and 3 daughters who all look exactly like me, lol, one big goofy family(get it, Goofy)

i am a happy girl my plans are starting to come together to be at the hob concert. my best friend and i probably will fly in on sat. the 1st. we are going to make it a total 4days for the girls. if it's anything like our other trips. it will be out of control.

if the guys think your nuts for flying up here for a weekend what would they think of me . I'm flying down to tampa and will only be in town for 23hrs . I'm not even going to have time to stop in and see my parents . I get in at 11:30am on thursday and then leave 10:30am friday . we just know an awesome band when we see one..

The other day was watching Fuse and they had an interview with an English band gigging the Warped Tour. They were amazed by our dedication. They said that in England, nobody would drive more than an hour to see a band. What a bunch of wimps, right? Shit, our last drive was 11 hours, one way. Apparently, we need to show the UK how to rock.
