shinedown is the greatest thing ever if i wasn't a firefighter i would listen to them all day but i do talk about them all day. shinedown is great there music means so much to me at my dads funeral we played his favorite song in memory. i have seen them like 5 or 6 times the best show i have ever seen . i cant wait to get my sound of madness cd pre-ordered and im buying 6 or 7 copies to give to friends and family. i cant wait for the devour video it looks sweet from what i have seen. well i guess that reall all i have to say but shinedown is the shit. well i took a friend to see shine down in orklando at earthday birthday. i got into a argument with a guy saying shinedown sucked live ( i almost fucked that guy up) any way my friend had never seen them before he was amazed he said they where the best band there and they where,they sound wonerful now im babbling ok then well i guess ill go ok then bye seriously noe im going.........ok now

I'm a musician and everyone knows I'm never without music no matter what I'm doing, but I've never in my life tried to FORCE people I know to fall in love with a band before.

Now like you, I can't stop talking about them. I keep extra copies of the CD's around, and that's what people get as gifts for Christmas. My best friend John just laughs now when I get going, calling me a broken record. But he's still taking me to see them!

I've never joined an online forum before either, they usually irritate me when I read them... but since finding this one I find myself logging in a few times a day and reading what everyone has to say, back posts and all, just because it's such a relief to finally know I'm not the only one obsessed!

Anyway, I've been rambling a lot this morning, but I mainly wanted to say Nice to meet you and your post had me smiling and nodding in agreement.

You can't force people to love anything. Either they feel it, or they don't. If they don't, move on and know that if they're meant to find the band, they will.

you cant FORCE but you can guide them in the right direction!!
