Hey all you fans of music the way it should be! Just wanted to say hi to some fellow shinedown fans and intro myself. I'm from middletown(ny) and I saw shinedown live at the chance in poughkeepsie last year (with halestorm and silvertide), and tues. night in binghamton n.y. I'm a huge fan of their music. WOW, Brent can sing! His voice is just incredible. Their sound and lyrics just kinda grab you and shake up your insides a little. They are one of the few bands I know that when you hear them, you truly feel that they are expressing their feelings through their music. They just kick ass, plain and simple.
...all our insides have been shakin' up by those Shiners..and we like it.

Welcome to all of you. You're right, SD is great and they are great live. Their music has helped me so much. It has made difficult times a little easier to deal with. Most of their lyrics come from personal experience, so if you listen it can benefit you.
Again, welcome all and glad you're here.

“Talent renders the whole idea of rehearsal meaningless; when you find something at which you are talented, you do it (whatever it is) until your fingers bleed or your eyes are ready to fall out of your head. Even when no one is listening (or reading, or watching), every outing is a bravura performance, because you as the creator are happy”
