got a chance to meet the guys before the show on monday and they could not have been any cooler the sound check rocked and the show was f*cking great the opening of the concert was sureal cant wait to see them at rock on the range

my sis that is 19 years old wanted me to huck her up with brent so here i am saying this online but he wont care!!!!

I am so excited about the show in Pikeville, KY on July 21st. I bought the VIP so I could do the meet and greet and I cant wait to meet you guys. This will be the second time ive seen Shinedown this year. They are awesome.

I'll post this here, since the topic is the right one. The Meet & Greet we did at the Ridgefield WA show was well managed, but of course, short.

Jake THE security guy came and walked us back around to the busses. The guys came out, and shook hands all around, signed EVERYTHING we brought, and were very friendly and nice.

I can't say it felt like we were hangin' out with them, since it was very scheduled and Jake kept us movin'. But - it was an opportunity to speak with the band, and have them sign our goodies. Since Brent doesn't usually come out to "hang", this might be one's only opp to meet him.

We paid an arm and a leg to get that M&G opp, but I would say it was worth it.

^ Isn't Jake the best? For the NJ show, he had 5 passes left and there were supposed to be 4 people in our group but there were 5. He said, so I have one left over and I said Unless you let her in too and he did.

Hey everybody ! I know the guy's probably wont see this but I have to say this . I am an older guy but Brent's voice is awesome !!!! He remind's me of "Ronnie Van Zant " of LYNARD SKYNARD especially when the band done the remake of "simple man " . The BEST remake of that song I have ever heard !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guy's , you remind me of the way old rock and the way it used to be played !!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE keep making kickass music !!!!!!! I have yer album's and will keep buying them . He is. He's my hero too. He didn't know it, but he texted me one day about 10 minutes before I had to be in class. I was asleep. He woke me up.

Gotta totally upload some old pics for this one.....i have a pic of me and my husband at RPM raceway where we got to race little INDY cars with all the members of "OLD" Shinedown. Brad, Jasin, Barry and Brent. I beat Brad's time and he will never live it down. Damn that had to be in 2004 i think... we had won the Gold circle tickets for Van halen for having the best times in the INDY races and were in the pit in the stage......brad and barry and Jasin came out to bounce with us and Van halen. It was awesome.

I can't wait for SHINEDOWN to come to Dallas! They are the best live performers I've ever heard and Edgefest2010 would be lucky to have them there (hint,hint)!
