Took the kids 15, 13 and 11 to see 3 doors down, Shinedown and Alterbridge at Cricket Pavilion in Phoenix last night. Shinedown flatout blew 3 doors down and Alterbridge away. The "show" started with everyone sitting after the second song he told everyone if this going to work I need all of you involved, no one was sitting after that. Just an outstanding show and the clarity of Brent's vocals were unbelievable. Simple Man was killer. The kids want to see them again so we're looking for a small intimate venue where we all can see them up close. They are scheduled to play at the Macine Shop in Flint, MI this week, has anyone seen a show thier before???
Would love to see them plan all the songs off both CD's......this is the best rock and roll band!!!!!
Yeah, that was a really really good show, Brent sounded awesome, and for some reason that crowd was lame through those first 2 songs. BY THE WAY if any... BRADASSes are reading this, too bad I cant send a MESSAGE to the new favorite if they are not registered?! Yeah, have fun in Vegas.
Hush little baby... shhh... don't say a word. Daddy's gonna buy you A BIG BLACK BIRD!

The Machine Shop is a great place to see a show from. Not only is it small yet large enough that you can see from everywhere. The workers there are incredible nice as well. Just good times there! I can't wait to go see the boys this week. I know my niece wants to come see the boys as well.
The eyes are the windows to the soul and I see yours clearly!

I attended the show too...and it was truly amazing! I loved how Shinedown started simple man acoustically and then switched to electric guitars and drums for the last one minute...that was great.
