Wooooooooo, those right there are some UK DATES! They're on the concert page on the main website.

I absolutely MUST see Shinedown. I looked on Ticketmaster.co.uk and couldn't find tickets for either Disturbed or Shinedown, so I don't know when they're going on sale. Can anyone tell me when? I don't want to miss out!

Worried if I had to go see them WITH Disturbed though...I don't fancy being pushed and shoved by a bunch of crazy moshing fans - I just want to see Shinedown play!

Chatted with the parents - Dad is interested in seeing Disturbed (and if he's there I don't mind either!) so now all the dates are in the mix. We're looking into the Nottingham/Birmingham locations right now, sizing things up nice and early.

Does anyone know if Shinedown are supporting/co-headlinging/headlining? If they're co-headlining, which dates do they go before Disturbed and which do they perform after? I'd like to know anything and EVERYTHING about these dates. If anyone has any related information, please let me know!

Congratulations for all Europeans! Big Grin

Shinedown are co-headlining with Disturbed. I am guessing they will be playing before Disturbed on four shows, but the first show in the brixton academy doesn't have Disturbed written so maybe Shinedown will be headlining that one. Anyhow Disturbed is a good band, their new CD has some awesome songs!

I don't want to see Shinedown open for Disturbed. Frowner I want them to come on after so I don't forget all about them whilst Disturbed are playing.

Also I can't really go to the London show, it's further away and a bit selfish because I want to go with my Dad, so it's better to go to a show with Disturbed so we both see a band we like, rather than me just pleading to see my band and dragging him along (though he does like Shinedown!)

Yeah Ray I can imagine what you mean... Shinedown should be the last thing to go through your ears in a show... Leave after Shinedown finishes, See if there is a chance to meet them or whatever. And um find a way to convince your dad to go to the London one, he'll understand... This is SHINEDOWN we're talking about!
Have fun Smiler

Congrats on getting some UK dates! Too bad I wasn't studying abroad this fall (I did last spring). While I was abroad I did go to a show in Brixton, the venue is wicked cool, it used to be a former theatre (there's vines on the sides and everything). The area isn't the best but if you take the Tube the walk from the station to the venue is fine (you're on a main road & the venue is right off it). I never felt unsafe. I don't know anything about the other venues because I pretty much stayed in London my whole time there.

Have fun!

We will be at the Birmingham gig, both my husband and i aren't all that keen on disturbed, so we will be leaving after Shinedown have been on, thats the only reason were going.
Take care

Got my tix for October the 13th: Shinedown will open up for Disturbed here in Amsterdam. I'll be there... with very very mixed feelings.

Experienced a heavenly day in London together with my oldest son, 2 years ago when Shinedown opened up for Alter Bridge at the Astoria. Met the guys... they're all really cool people! How I wished for them to be able to play their own show over here in Europe but alas... now after some MAJOR changes they will be here on stage within 3 months after those changes. That confuses me big time...

Brad and Jase... you guys will be GREATLY missed over here in Europe too!!!

The thing that touches me the most is that they're not mentioned anymore at the new website etc. just like they never existed: that left me confused. It just doesn't feel right...
