Now obviously, you have been there since THE beginning. But it wasn't long after the date on that flier that I heard about em and started lurking.

I first heard about them in I think May/June of 03. ESPN Used Fly From The Inside on one of their 'Ultimate Highlight' reels as the backing track. Then I grabbed the album in the middle of August when my mother passed.

Heard 45, and I was hooked. I've watched quite a few groups of boardies come and go throughout the years, but 4 years later... I'm still kickin.

I miss that old hair. I remember the first photo that was posted with the new hair. I think I called Leesa and said, "What the fuck happened to Brent's hair?!" It wasn't the red that we grew to love, it was ORANGE. Bright effin orange! I saw them a few weeks later and the first thing I said to Brent was, "Your hair!" because really, it was a shock! I'd LOVE to see that hair again. It was so pretty!

BTW, I just looked at my pass from the HOB in Orlando. It says Dec. 05 2002. I think that was the second stop in the week o' fun, so it's sneaking up on 5 years. Scary shit!

I flipped out first time I saw it; is not a well known image, though it is from the most commonly used Tarot deck. I don't use this deck; is for newbies, but I know it well. Me and the drummer-boy, we got some shit in common.
