so i just read that shinedown has added three new dates to their current tour.. two of them being in texas.. DALLAS AND HOUSTON! granted, i dont mind driving 3-5 hours to see them, but i cant believe that san antonio got the cold shoulder after the amazing experience i had at their concert last year.

when they came through town with their "support our troops" tour, it is hands down the best concert i have ever been to in my life. i have been a concert goer for a very long time, and a shinedown fan for years, so to see brent interact with the crowd the way he did was.. wow. i get chills just thinking about it again. he had the crowd moving.. he had people coming up on stage, shaking their hands, and then jumping off the stage to crowd surf.. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! and they played.. for over 2 hours.. i had never seen a group of musicians so passionate about putting on a good show.. like i said, it was amazing. im just disappointed that they're not going to make it back to san antonio for another awesome experience like that.

Yup, im so happy they added those Texas dates! I'll be @ the Houston show this Wednesday and really wish I could make the Dallas one but I have work.. =( I do have to agree with you urtexan~ Shinedown concerts have been at the top of my list of best concerts. They just know how to put on the best show ever and blow everyone away EVERY time! Love it!
